Order Management
The Order Management section plays a central role in ensuring a smooth and efficient post-purchase journey for both sellers and buyers. It provides tools and workflows to process incoming orders, manage shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers. This section is designed to help you track, update, and fulfill orders seamlessly across different stages of the order lifecycle.
How to Access Orders
Follow the steps given below to access the order section:
- Log in to your Mystore Seller Dashboard
- From the left menu, click Orders
You will see a list of all orders placed by customers.

It covers all steps from order confirmation to shipment. This guide helps sellers understand how to manage ONDC-integrated and manual shipping processes.
Order Status Tabs Explained
You can filter orders using the tabs at the top:
- All: Shows all orders
- Open: Orders that need action
- Cancelled: Orders cancelled by buyer or system
- Refunded: Orders where refund is completed
- Closed: Successfully delivered and completed orders
- Not Shipped: Orders that have been received but not yet shipped
- Ready to Ship: Orders that are packed and ready to be dispatched
- Shipped: Orders that have been dispatched and are on the way to the customer.
This helps you quickly find orders based on their current stage.
Search Orders
Use the search bar to find orders by:

- Customer email
- Transaction ID
Advanced search filter
Mystore includes a built-in Search & Filtering system so you can quickly find products in your dashboard using multiple conditions. You can combine filters to narrow down products based on different attributes like name, price, stock, etc.

This is useful when handling customer queries or support tickets.
Order ActionsMenu
The Order Actions Menu (⋮) lets sellers manage individual orders quickly from the Orders dashboard.

- Cancel Order: Cancel an order before it is shipped.
- Regenerate Invoice: Create a new invoice if order details are updated.
- Add Additional Info: Add internal notes or extra order details.
- Print Invoice: Download or print the order invoice.
- Mark as Shipped: Update the order as shipped when fulfilled outside the system.
- Ship Now: Ship the order using integrated logistics and generate tracking details.
Order details page
The Order Details page gives you complete visibility into a customer order. From here, you can check product details, payment summary, order status, and track the order’s progress.

Summary tab
- Product Details: Product, Qty, Unit price, total.
- Timeline: Order placed, packed, shipped, delivered (based on order progress)
- Delivery Details: pickup address, delivery address
- Financial details: Financial status, balance amount, invoice number, shipping status, delivery TAT, and print invoice
- Transactions: txn id, date, mode, type, name, amount
- Seller details: name, email, phone, city, collections, manager, phone
Notes Tab
You can add internal notes related to this order for your team.These notes are not visible to the buyer and are meant for internal reference only.
Ledger Tab
This shows all financial entries linked to the order:
- Payment collected
- Marketplace commission deductions
- Shipping charges
- Net settlement amountEach entry includes a timestamp, amount, and description—offering complete transparency on transaction flow.
ONDC Tab
This tab contains ONDC-specific fields like:
- Transaction ID
- Mystore Role
- Seller App
- Seller app order id
- Provider ID
- Other state
Tickets Tab
Raise a ticket in case of any issue with the order—such as delivery disputes, payment issues, or item returns.All past tickets related to this order will also be listed here.
Order Logs Tab
Shows a chronological log of all updates/actions taken on the order.Useful for tracing order lifecycle: from creation to delivery and beyond.
Metafields
View or manage custom data fields added to the order (if applicable).
Shipment Adjustment
This section allows sellers to view and manage any adjustments related to shipping charges for an order.
This tabbed layout helps you quickly access all relevant details about your orders without switching screens—making it easier to act promptly and stay informed.
