Once onboarding is done, your dashboard opens with a welcome message and everything already created - store, storefront theme and the channels you picked.
Three things to look at first.
The ONDC banner
If you selected ONDC + Mystore Marketplace as a channel, a banner at the top says You have selected ONDC and reminds you that additional steps are needed before your products can go live on the ONDC network. Click Start KYC to begin - see Enable ONDC selling (KYC) below.
The “store is password protected” banner
On Freemium, your storefront is not open to buyers yet. The banner shows:
- Store URL - your storefront address, like www.mystore.in/store/your-store-name.
- Password - the access password for your storefront.
- Choose a plan - the button that publishes your store.
Anyone who opens your store URL sees an Opening soon page and has to enter this password. Share it with your team or testers so they can preview the store while it is private.
The “Finish setting up” checklist
A to-do list that tracks how ready your store is. Items completed during onboarding - like your storefront theme, and your pickup address if you added one on a paid plan - are already ticked.

Use Skip setup to hide the checklist. The tasks themselves stay available from the left panel, so nothing is lost.
