Mystore is the first ONDC network participant to connect as a Buyer and Seller NP.  You can register as a seller on Mystore and upload your catalogue. You will have a dedicated Seller page (digi-catalog) along with a Unique QR Code for your page that you can market to your buyers. Your catalogue will also appear on the ONDC network through the Mystore Buyer App and other buyer apps catering to related product domains. Mystore provides a comprehensive seller dashboard to manage your products, orders, and payouts. Billing Overview

Billing Overview

To manage your subscription and billing information, follow the steps below:

Navigate to Plans and Billing

  • From the left sidebar, click on “Plans and Billing”.
  • You will be directed to the Billing Overview page which includes your subscription details, ledger summary, and billing history.

Ledger Summary

  • At the top, you’ll see the Seller Ledger section displaying the total ledger balance.
  • To view detailed records, click on the “View Transactions” button.
    You'll be redirected to the Transactions page, which contains:
    • Record Date (with time)
    • Ledger Type (e.g., seller, user_subscription)
    • Action (e.g., subscription, TDS, ONDC seller/buyer app fee)
    • Description
    • Tax Data (SGST, CGST)
    • Amount (transaction value)
    • Type (credit or debit)
    • Action (clickable for viewing logs)
    • Plan Details
  • Just below the ledger summary, you’ll see your current Plan Details:
    • Current Plan Name (e.g., Basic)
    • Expiry Date
    • Status (Active or Expired)
    • Add-ons (if applicable)

Billing History

  • At the bottom, you can see your Billing History, which includes:

    • Plan Name
    • Purchase Date
    • Expiry Date
    • Price Paid
    • Status (Active or Expired)

This provides a full record of your previous and current subscriptions for easy reference.

Add-ons Overview – MyStore & MyStoreNXT

MyStore and MyStoreNXT offer a range of add-ons to enhance your ecommerce capabilities. These add-ons are optional upgrades that you can choose based on your business needs. Below is a detailed explanation of each available add-on by plan:

Freemium (MyStore)

  • Brand Page: Get a custom brand page designed and implemented for a one-time fee.

  • Brand Owner Functionality: Comes included with no extra charge.

  • Loyalty Points/Rewards: Not available in this plan.

Basic (MyStoreNXT)

(This plan has been discontinued or replaced – for reference only)

  • WABA (WhatsApp Business API):  Allows customer communication via your own billing account.

  • Android App: branded mobile app for Android.

  • iOS App: branded mobile app for iOS.

  • Seller Manager: For up to 5 sellers – enables multi-seller management.

  • SMS Charges: Billed on actual usage basis.

  • Map Integration: Requires your own map API key (e.g., Google Maps).

Enterprise (MyStoreNXT)

Includes all add-ons from the Basic plan (where applicable), plus additional enterprise features:

  • Android App

  • iOS App

  • SMS Charges: Billed on actual usage.

  • Affiliate Management: Manage affiliate marketing programs and referrals.

  • Customer Roles & Permissions: Customize access controls for team members.

  • B2B Features: Support for business-to-business selling (pricing, quotes, etc.).

  • 3rd Party Integration: Integrate external tools and services.

  • API Access: Unlocks full API for advanced customizations and automation.

  • Loyalty Points/Rewards: Available in this plan.

  • Map Integration: Use your own API key for map-based services.

Notes:
  • Add-ons are billed separately from your subscription unless stated otherwise.

  • You can selectively choose and activate only the add-ons you need.
