Listing Polices
The Listing Policy defines the rules for how products should be added to the platform. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, complete, and in compliance with platform and legal requirements.
Restricted Items
Definition: Products that are prohibited or restricted from being listed.
Common examples:
- Hazardous materials
- Counterfeit products
- Regulated items (e.g. tobacco, firearms)
Seller responsibility: Always check the latest restricted item list before listing a product.
Image Guidelines
Purpose: Maintain clarity, quality, and consistency across product listings.
Requirements:
- White or neutral background
- Product must occupy at least 80% of the frame
- No watermarks, logos, or contact information
- High resolution (minimum 500x500px)
Failure to follow image guidelines may lead to delisting of the product.
