Product Enquiries
The Product Enquiries section helps you manage questions customers submit about specific products. You can view all enquiries in one place and export them if needed.

Fisrt seller needs to enable Product enquiry by enable order mode to BuyQ (order+Query) from product > genral section. (available in B2B enabled store)

1. Open the Product Enquiries Page
- In your Mystore dashboard, go to Products from the left menu.
- Click on Product Enquiries.
2. Understand the Enquiries Table
Each enquiry record shows the following details:
- Product: Name of the product for which the enquiry was submitted.
- SKU: The product’s stock-keeping unit (unique identifier).
- Email: Customer’s email address.
- Quantity: Quantity mentioned in the enquiry.
- Message: Customer’s message or question.
- Action: Three-dot menu for additional actions.
3. Export Product Enquiries
If you want to export the enquiries:
- Go to the top-right corner of the enquiries table.
- Click on the three-dot menu.
- Select Export.
- An Export popup will appear.
In the export popup, you can configure the following:
- Columns
- Choose All to export every column.
- Choose Select columns if you only need specific fields.
- Filters
- No Filters: Export everything.
- Use Current Filter: Export only what you’ve filtered in the table.
- Select Filters: Manually select filters before exporting.
- Number of Records
- Set the maximum number of records you want to include.
- Example: Enter 500 to export 500 enquiries.
- Send To
- Enter the email address where you want the exported file to be delivered.
- Columns
5. Finally, click Send Email. The report will be sent to the entered email address.
