Ship Now

The Ship Now feature streamlines the process of dispatching orders directly from the Orders page. It automatically retrieves the order’s shipping details, lets you fill in any missing fields, compares courier rates, and schedules shipment — all in one place.

1. Access the Ship Now Page

  1. Navigate to the Orders section from the left menu.
  2. Select the order you want to ship.
  3. Scroll down to locate the Financial Details section.
  4. Click the Ship Now button.
  5. You will be redirected to the Ship Now page.

2. Shipment Details

On the Ship Now page, the system automatically fetches available order details.

a. Pick Up Address

  • Your store’s address will be pre-filled.
  • You may select from saved addresses or manually enter a new pickup address.
  • Optionally, tick Save Address to store it for future shipments.

b. Delivery Address

  • Buyer’s name, address, city, state, pincode, phone, and email will be pre-filled.
  • Use Locate on Map to auto-detect location coordinates if needed.

c. Package Details

  • Order ID and product details are automatically filled.
  • Enter missing fields such as:
    • Quantity
    • Dimensions (Length, Breadth, Height in cm)
    • Weight (gm)
    • Payment Mode – Choose Prepaid or COD
    • Order Value (if not pre-filled)
  • Click Fetch Rates to view available courier options.

3. Compare Rates 

The system displays a list of courier partners with:

  • Courier Partner Name
  • Rate (in ₹)
  • ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)

You can:

  • Compare prices and delivery times.
  • View multiple service integrations such as Delhivery, Pidge, Amazon Shipping, etc.
  • If required, integrate additional courier services like MP2 or FedEx from the “Available Integration” section.

4. Schedule Pickup

  1. Click Schedule Pickup next to your chosen courier service.
  2. Confirm details in the right-hand panel:
  • Pickup From: Store address
  • Deliver To: Buyer’s address
  • Package Details: Weight, dimensions, quantity, payment mode, order value

    3. The shipment will be booked with the selected provider.
