General Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Brand/Product names should not be excessively capitalized.
• Generic names should not be used as product names. Example: Turmeric Powder, Saree. Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Description:
• Provide clear information about the product, including dimensions, size, fabric, and material.
• Ensure the description is easy to read and instills trust among customers.
• The description should not be empty and must be more than just a few words.
• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing product details on a neutral color background.
• Images should be of high resolution (640 x 640 pixels). Image ration should be 1:1
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.
• Multiple images are preferred over a single image. At Least 3 images are compulsory.
• Images should not be screenshots or irrelevant to the product. 
• Images should be taken on a clear white or neutral background.

• Package Weight:
• The package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Category:
• Add the sub-category, and select the most relevant category for the product.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection.
• Options and Variants:
• Compulsory for certain fashion category products (e.g., apparel, footwear).
• HSN Code:
• A full 8-digit HSN code is required.

Fashion Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Identify the main fashion category (clothing, footwear, accessories).
• Avoid using a person's name.
• Brand names should not be excessively capitalized.
• Description:
• Provide clear information about the product, including fabric, size chart, and unique characteristics.
• Offer guidance on fit, occasions, and care instructions.
• The description should not be empty and must be more than just a few words.
• Sellers can add further details like care instructions and storage conditions.
• Fabric and wash care details are mandated.

• Images:
• Include multiple clear and unique images showcasing product details on a white color background.
• Images should be of high resolution (640 x 640 pixels).
• Include images of models wearing the product.
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.
• Size chart is a mandate

• Package Weight:
• The package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Net Quantity:
• Depict the product quantity or number of pieces. (Eg: for the kurta set, it will be 3 because (kurta, pants, dupatta).
• Category:
• Add the sub-category, and select the most relevant category for the product.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection.
• Options and Variants:
• Compulsory for certain fashion category products (e.g., apparels like(size :S,M,L type)and for footwears( Size 7,8,9) refer to the youtube video on mystore channel.

Home & Decor Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Avoid using a person's name.
• Brand names should not be excessively capitalized.
• Description:
• Provide clear information about the product, including dimensions, size, and material.
• Mention the whole list of items that come along with the product.
• The description should not be empty and must be more than just a few words.

• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing product details on a neutral color background.
• Images should be of high resolution (640 x 640 pixels).
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images,

• Package Weight:
• Package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Net Quantity:
• Clearly depict the product quantity or number of pieces.
• Category:
• Add the sub-category, and select the most relevant category for the product.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection.
• Options and Variants:
• Compulsory for certain category products (e.g., Bedsheets in terms of color variants and pack of).
• HSN Code:
• Full 8-digit HSN code is required.
• Package Dimensions under Miscellaneous: Please add the volumetric weight for the item in cm.

Grocery Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• For example: Coconut Oil | 100% Natural | Cold Pressed | 150 ML
• Don’t write the title in all capital letters.
• Description:
• Write a complete description of the product.
• The description shouldn’t be just one word or one-liners. 

• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing the packaged product (back side, front side, label images and fssai images for packaged products.)
• Include images of the mesh/sack of fruits and vegetables.
• Images should be of high resolution with plain white background.
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.

• Category:
• Add the category and subcategory as per your product. For example, all spices to be listed under Grocery>Masala & Seasoning.

• Inventory quantity: Mention the stock available for the product

• Net quantity: Please add net quantity as the no. of products the customer will receive per order. Example, 1 * 100 ML, 1 * 500 g, 2 * 500g
• HSN Code: Select the correct HSN code from the list.
• Package Weight:
• Package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Package weight= Product weight + weight of packaging material.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection.

• Generic name:
• Please write the common name of the product. Example: ‘Coconut Powder’, ‘Hair Oil’, ‘Onion Seeds’.
• In certain subcategories, nutritional information and expiry details have to be added. You can either write, refer to images or mention it in the field.

Example: Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture.

• Manufacturer’s Name & Address: Please add full manufacturer’s name & address.

Beauty and Personal Care Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Clearly identify the primary product category (e.g., skincare, makeup, hair).
• Avoid using a person's name, clearly identify the name of the product.
• Brand names should not be excessively capitalized.
• Description:
• A detailed description of the product, including its features, benefits, and ingredients.
• The description should not be empty and must be more than just a few words.
• Suggest complementary products if applicable.

• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing product details on a neutral color background.
• High-quality images (640 x 640 pixels) of the product from different angles, including close-ups if necessary.
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.

• Package Weight:
• Package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• It includes the weight after packing of the product.
• Net Quantity:
• Clearly depict the product quantity or number of pieces. Example: 1 * 500 gm, Pack of 3, 3*120 gm.
• Category:
• Add the sub-category, and select the most relevant category for the product.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection.
• Options and Variants:
• Compulsory for certain variants such as (50ml and 100ml of the same product) then create variants instead of listing single products.
• HSN Code:
• Full 8-digit HSN code is required.
• Expiry Date: Display the expiry date of the product to ensure customers receive products with sufficient shelf life example: Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Electronics Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Clearly define the electronics category (e.g., smartphones, laptops, cameras, audio devices).
• Include specific model numbers, configurations, and variations if applicable.
• Avoid using a person's name.
• BrandProduct names should not be excessively capitalized.

• Description:
  • It should provide clear information about the product
    Ex. Dimensions in case of an object, size, fabric, material etc. .
  • Include specific model numbers, configurations, and variations if applicable.
  • If applicable, list essential technical details such as processor, RAM, storage capacity, screen size, resolution, etc.
  • Highlight standout features (e.g., wireless connectivity, touch screen, noise cancellation) that set the product apart.
  • Specify compatibility with operating systems, software, and other devices.
  • Detail available connectivity options (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB ports).
  • Specify the warranty duration and coverage.
  • Provide information about customer support channels and services.
  • List all accessories and components included in the package.
  • Provide a detailed description of the product's features, capabilities, and intended use.
  • The description should be easy to read and should instill trust among the customers to purchase your product. 

• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing product details on a neutral color background.
• Images should be of high resolution (640 x 640 pixels). The image ratio should be 1:1.
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.
• At Least 3 images of the product should be added

• Package Weight:
• Package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Clearly depict the product quantity or number of pieces. (please make separate point for net qty as above)
• Category:
• Add the sub-category, and select the most relevant category for the product.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection. Subsequently, if a product is imported all relevant fields related to importer details must be accurately field. 
• Options and Variants:
•  Colour options of the product, ex. Earphones colours, phone colour options or storage options for certain devices can be added in the options and variants section. 
• HSN Code:
• Full 8-digit HSN code is required.
• Product Dimensions
• Please make sure to add the Product dimensions of the product in the miscellaneous section. 

Health and Wellness Field Approval Criteria:

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• Clearly identify the primary product category.
• Avoid using a person's name.
• Brand names should not be excessively capitalized.
• Description:
• The description should not be empty and must be more than just a few words.
• Provide clear information about the product, including ingredients.
• List all the ingredients used in the product, including active and inactive ingredients, along with their quantities if applicable.

• Instructions:
• Clearly outline how the product should be used, including dosage instructions, frequency of use, and any specific directions for use.
• Storage Conditions: 
• Include any safety information or warnings associated with the product, such as potential side effects, contraindications, or allergen information.

• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing product details on a neutral color background.
• Include high-quality images of the product from different angles to give customers a clear visual representation.
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.

• Package Weight:
• Package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Net Quantity:
• Clearly depict the product quantity or number of pieces.
• Category:
• Add the sub-category, and select the most relevant category for the product.
• Country of Origin:
• Should be accurately mentioned; any discrepancy will lead to rejection.

• Product Name:
• Use concise and descriptive product names (150 characters max).
• For example: Turmeric spice | 100% Natural | 300 gms
• Don’t write the title in all capital letters.
• Description:
• Write a complete description of the product.
• The description shouldn’t be just one word or one-liners. 
• If possible, Please mention the variety of foodgrain as well
• Mention how to use and precautions in case of pesticides and fertilizers.

• Images:
• Include multiple clear images showcasing the packaged product (back side, front side, label images and fssai images for packaged products.)
• Images should be of high resolution with plain white background.
• Avoid using blurry or generic stock images.

• Net quantity: Please add net quantity as the no. of products the customer will receive per order. Example, 1 * 100 ML, 1 * 500 g, 2 * 500g
• Package Weight:
• Package weight should be greater than the product weight.
• Package weight= Product weight + weight of packaging material.
• Category:
• Add the category and subcategory as per your product. For example, all fertilizers to be listed under Agri Inputs> Fertilizers.
