DTDC Shipping

DTDC integration allows you to ship orders using your DTDC business account. 

Go to Channel>Logistics>DTDC.

You need to provide:

• API Key
• Access Token
• Customer Code
• Username
• Password

How to get these credentials:

• Contact your DTDC account manager or DTDC enterprise support
• Request API access for integration
• DTDC will provide API Key, Customer Code, and login credentials
• Generate the Access Token using the provided API details

After enabling, DTDC will be available for shipment creation and tracking in Mystore.
