Manage Shipping Rates

You can set up custom shipping methods in your Mystore seller panel to apply delivery charges based on different conditions—like charging a fixed fee when the order total crosses a certain value. Follow the steps below to create a new shipping method and apply a standard delivery fee.

Steps to Add a New Shipping Method

  1. Log in to your Mystore seller admin panel.
  2. From the left-hand sidebar, go to “Settings”.
  3. Click on “Shipping Method” under the settings menu.
  4. Now, click on the “Add New” button at the top to create a new shipping method.

Configure Your Shipping Method

In the form that appears:

  • Give your shipping method a name (e.g., Standard Shipping Fee).
  • Set the price to the amount you want to charge (for example, ₹20).
  • Enter the turnaround time, which is the number of days it will take to deliver the order (e.g., 4 Days).

Set Conditions for the Shipping Method

  1. Scroll down to the “Conditions” section and click “Add New”.
  2. Set the condition like this:
    • Field: Order Total
    • Operator: Greater Than
    • Value: 1000

This means the shipping fee will only be applied when the order total is more than ₹1,000.

Save the Shipping Method

Once all details are filled in, click the “Save” button at the top.

That’s It!

You can always come back and add more shipping methods based on different conditions, depending on how you want to structure your delivery charges.
