Welcome to the Mystore Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in this program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Introduction
The Mystore Affiliate Program allows sellers to earn up to 1% commission on every successful sale made through their unique affiliate links. These terms govern your participation and outline the rights and obligations of both parties.
- Eligibility
- The affiliate program is available exclusively to registered user on Mystore.
- Participants must have an active Mystore account in good standing.
- Mystore reserves the right to approve or reject any seller’s participation at its sole discretion.
- Affiliate Link Generation & Usage
- Affiliates can generate unique affiliate links for products, categories, and collections available on Mystore.
- These links can be shared across websites, blogs, social media, emails, and other marketing channels.
- Misleading promotions, spam, or unauthorized advertising (such as deceptive ads, false claims, or unauthorized email marketing) are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not modify, alter, or mask affiliate links in a way that misleads customers.
- Commission Structure & Payment
- Affiliates will earn up to 1% commission on every successful sale generated through their affiliate links.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or refunds.
- Payments will be made on a monthly basis after the order is completed and past the return/refund period.
- Commissions will be credited to the user’s Mystore account and can be withdrawn to a linked bank account.
- Any fraudulent transactions, self-purchases, or order cancellations will result in commission reversals.
- Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in:
- Self-referrals: Using affiliate links to purchase products for personal use.
- Misleading or false advertising about Mystore products or services.
- Paid ads that directly bid on Mystore’s trademarks (e.g., bidding on “Mystore” as a Google Ad keyword).
- Spamming or sending unauthorized emails, messages, or promotions.
- Cookie stuffing or using hidden redirects to manipulate commission tracking.
- Placing affiliate links on websites containing illegal, offensive, or adult content.
Mystore reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account found violating these rules.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Affiliate sales and commissions can be tracked through the Mystore Affiliate Dashboard.
- If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the commission will be credited to the last clicked link before purchase.
- Mystore is not responsible for tracking errors due to browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party interference.
- Account Termination
Mystore reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account under the following conditions:
- Violation of any terms mentioned in this agreement.
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of the affiliate program.
- Prolonged inactivity in generating affiliate sales.
- Termination of the affiliate program
Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited, and affiliates must immediately stop promoting their links.
- Program Changes & Modifications
- Mystore reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
- Changes may include commission structure, payment terms, eligibility criteria, or program policies.
- Affiliates will be notified of significant updates via email or through their Mystore account.
- Disclaimer & Liability
- Mystore does not guarantee earnings and is not responsible for an affiliate’s marketing success.
- Mystore is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to an affiliate’s participation in the program.
- Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk, and Mystore disclaims any warranties related to the affiliate platform or tracking system.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through [arbitration/court jurisdiction].

Commission Structure
- For orders with categories where Buyer Finder Fee is 5%: 1%
- For orders with categories where Buyer Finder Fee is 3%: 0.5%
- For orders with categories where Buyer Finder Fee is less than 3%: 0%
- If order contains products from multiple categories, then the product with lowest Buyer Finder Fee will be used for commission calculation.
