Rate Calculator

The Rate Calculator helps sellers quickly estimate shipping charges before creating a shipment. It gives you an approximate courier rate based on package details, delivery location, and payment type, so you can choose the right logistics partner and plan your shipping costs in advance.

Package Details

On thePackage Details section, enter the origin pincode (pickup location) and destination pincode (customer delivery location). Add the package dimensions by filling in the length, breadth, and height in centimeters, along with the actual weight in grams. Select the payment mode as prepaid or COD, then enter the order invoice value. For rate calculation, the higher of the actual weight or volumetric weight is always considered as the chargeable weight, and shipping charges are calculated based on this highest weight. Once all details are added, click Calculate to view available courier rates.

Provider Rates

TheProvider Rates section displays the estimated shipping charges from different logistics providers based on the details you entered. This allows you to compare rates and identify the most suitable option for your shipment before processing the order.

Rate Cards

In theRate Cards section, you can view detailed pricing slabs of each logistics provider. Select a provider to open their rate card and understand zone-wise pricing, weight slabs, and applicable charges. This is useful for long-term planning and choosing a preferred courier partner.

If you click on any of the given logistics providers, you will see the following pop-up of the rate card of the respective logistics providers.

Important Terms

TheImportant Terms section explains how shipping charges are calculated. Rates shown are inclusive of GST and may vary based on fuel surcharges or courier base rates. Charges are calculated using either dead weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Additional charges such as octroi, state entry tax, or address correction fees may apply where relevant.

Using the Rate Calculator helps sellers estimate shipping costs accurately, avoid surprises during order fulfillment, and make informed decisions while selecting courier partners in Mystore.
