WhatsApp Order Processing Flow

Mystore’s WhatsApp order processing system enables sellers to manage and track orders directly through WhatsApp notifications. It simplifies shipment handling, automates delivery updates, and reduces manual effort, ensuring faster and more efficient order fulfillment.

How Orders Are Processed via WhatsApp

Order Notification

  • When a customer places an order, a notification is sent to the seller’s registered WhatsApp number.
  • Sellers can then proceed with shipment processing based on the shipment type (on-network or off-network).

On-Network Shipment Flow

This flow applies when logistics is handled through Mystore’s integrated shipping partners.

Steps:

  1. For auto-manifested orders, shipments are created, and sellers can click on "Package is Ready to Ship." 
  2.  The invoice and shipping labels will be shared on the registered WhatsApp.
  3. Once Ready To Ship (RTS) is marked, on-network logistics picks up the product, and the status is automatically updated upon delivery.
  4. Order status is automatically updated to Delivered after successful delivery.

This is fully automated tracking and delivery confirmation. Minimal manual intervention is required.

Off-Network Shipment Flow

This flow applies when sellers manage shipping manually using their own logistics partner.

Steps:

  1. Click on Mark as Shipped after dispatching the order. 
  2. Adds tracking details such as
    • Courier company name
    • Tracking number
    • Shipment images
  3. After delivery, the seller requests the delivery OTP from the customer.
  4. The seller updates the OTP in the system to mark the order as “Delivered.”
