Files

This module provides a central repository for managing uploaded files used across your account, including product images and documents.

Files Dashboard

• Displays:
  • Files and folders (name, date, type)
  • Action Menu: Delete and View Logs
  • View file link next to file names – this allows you to view the file.
  • Copy file link next to view file link - this copies the URL of the file, you can use to paste images in your Excel or CSV catalog for bulk product uploads.
• Top Right Buttons:
  • Add New: Opens upload screen
  • Create Folder: Opens a dialog to enter folder name

Add File

Click on "Add New" to add files. The following page will open.

• Drag and drop files or click to upload.
• Ensure proper naming before upload for easy identification.
• After upload, files appear in the main file dashboard.
