Setting Up Payment Gateway (Online Payment)

Payment gateways are used for online payments through providers such as PhonePe, Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, or other integrated payment partners.

Select Payment Gateways from the Type dropdown. After selecting the type, enter the payment method name and choose the required active payment channel from the Channel section.

The selected channel should already be configured and active in your store.

Add Payment Gateway Channel

While creating a payment gateway payment method, click "+ Add New Channel" from the Channel section.

A popup will appear displaying all available payment gateway providers configured for your store.

Select the required payment gateway provider to open the channel configuration screen.

Configure Channel Settings

After selecting the payment gateway provider, enter the required credentials provided by the payment partner.

Depending on the gateway, fields may include:

  • Merchant ID
  • API Key
  • Encryption Key
  • Access Code
  • Secret Key

You can also enable testing mode for sandbox transactions before going live.

Once all details are entered, enable the channel and click Add Channel to save the configuration.

You can configure visibility conditions from the Apply When section. These conditions help control when the payment method should appear during checkout. Additional configuration options include uploading a payment logo, enabling or disabling the payment method, setting the display order, and assigning the payment method to a specific substore.

Once the configuration is completed, click Submit to save the payment gateway.

Integrate Payment through Channels

You can also integrate payment channels, before setting up payment channels from channel section.

Once integration is complete:

  • Go to the Payment Channels section.
  • Click on Select Payment Channel.
  • Choose the payment provider you want to use from the list (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe, etc.).
  • Add the details like API keys, access code etc.

This allows you to easily manage and process payments through your preferred integrated channel.

Note: Refer this guide to setup payment gateways.

  1. After filling all required details, click Submit at the top-right corner.
  2. Your payment method will be added and listed on the Payment Methods page.
