The SMS Channel Integration feature allows sellers to configure third-party SMS gateways and send automated SMS notifications to customers for events like order confirmation, shipment updates, OTP verification, and more.

Accessing SMS Channels

Follow the steps below to access SMS integrations in the admin panel:

1. Login to your Mystore Admin Panel.
2. Navigate to Channels from the left menu.
3. Click on the SMS tab.

You will see:

• Active Channels → Already configured integrations
• Available Channels → Supported SMS providers available for setup

You can select the SMS provider you want to integrate and proceed with adding the required API keys and SMS templates to start sending notifications. The following SMS channels are currently supported on Mystore:

• MSG91
• Gupsup
• AmazonSNS
• Airtel
