Linked Products
The Linked Products feature allows sellers to link products from the existing product catalog to their seller account. Instead of creating a new product, sellers can assign inventory, configure purchase restrictions, and manage product availability for their assigned location.
1. Accessing the Linked Products Section
- Log in to your Mystore Seller Dashboard.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Products > Linked Products.
- The Linked Products page displays all products linked to your seller account.
- Click Add to link a new product.
2. Add a Linked Product
After clicking Add, you will be redirected to the Linked Product form.
Fill in the Linked Product Form
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Product Name* | Search and select the existing product that you want to link to your seller account. |
| Inventory Quantity* | Enter the available stock for the selected product. This inventory will be used while processing customer orders. |
| Publish | Enable this option to make the linked product available for customers. Leave it unchecked if you want to save it as a draft. |
| Sort Order | Enter a numeric value to control the display order of the product in listings. Lower values appear first. |
| Substore | Select the substore where the product should be available, if applicable. |
| Seller Manager | Displays the Seller Manager associated with the linked product, if assigned. |
| Seller* | Displays the seller account to which the product is being linked. This field is generally auto-populated for seller users. |
| Approval | Displays the approval status of the linked product. Products must be approved before they become available for sale. |
| Location* | Select the warehouse or inventory location from which this product will be fulfilled. |
| Collections | Search and select one or more of your collections in which this linked product should appear. You can select multiple collections. The product will then be listed under the selected collections on your storefront. |
| Advance Settings | Enable this option to configure purchase limits and product policies. |
| Min Limit to Buy this Product | Specify the minimum quantity a customer must purchase. Leave blank if no minimum quantity is required. |
| Max Limit to Buy this Product | Specify the maximum quantity a customer can purchase in a single order. Leave blank if no maximum quantity is required. |
| Cancellable | Choose Yes to allow order cancellation, No to disable cancellations, or Default to use the store's default cancellation policy. |
| Returnable | Choose Yes to allow returns, No to disable returns, or Default to use the store's default return policy. |
3. Save the Linked Product
Once all the required information has been entered:
- Review the product details.
- Click Submit in the top-right corner.
- The selected product will be linked to your seller account and will appear in the Linked Products list.
