Notifications
Notifications are sent for specific actions that take place in your store. Mystore provides comprehensive unified notification experience where you have full control over different modes of notifications:
Mystore provides default notification templates for a number of actions. You can customize as per your brand requirement.
You can manage notifications in Settings > Notifications in your Mystore Panel.
Within the Notification section, there are four tabs related to notifications:
- All: It contains all the notifications including global and custom both.
- Order: It contains all notifications related to order.
- Shipping: It contains all notifications related to shipping.
- User: It contains all the notifications related to the user.
Adding Notifications
Mystore allows you to add custom notifications. You can add notifications for email, SMS, browser, and push etc.

| abandoned_cart | Sent to user to prompt him to complete the order. |
| order_notification_vendor_approval | Sent to vendor/seller when an order is placed and approval is required from its end. |
| order_return_rejected | Sent to customers when their order return request is rejected, including order, payment, and billing details. |

| cod_verification | Sent to customers to verify Cash on Delivery orders using a one-time password before order confirmation. |
| shipping_status_change_new | Sent to customer when shipping status is updated with delivery verification OTP |
| shipping_status_change | Sent to customers when the shipping status of their order is updated, including courier and tracking details. |
| order_refunded | Sent to the customer when a refund has been successfully processed for their order. |
| order_return_approved | Sent to the customer when their return request has been approved by the seller. |
| return_request | Sent to the customer when their return request is successfully placed and under review. |
| return_request_to_seller | Sent to the seller when a customer places a return request for an order item. |

| order_cancelled | Sent to customer when an order is cancelled by user or admin |
| order_cancelled_to_seller | Sent to seller when an order is cancelled by customer or admin. |
| order_pending_approval | Sent to customers once they place an order and its approval is required. |
| order_confirmation | Sent to a customer when an order is placed. |
| order_notification_vendor | Sent to a vendor when an order is placed. |
user Notifications

| send_otp | This notification is sent whenever a user needs to receive a one-time password for authentication, |
| user_account_welcome | Sent when a user registers on the store. |
seller Notifications
