Shipping Methods
This module allows sellers to configure the available shipping methods used to deliver products to customers.
Shipping Methods

Displays all available shipping methods with a quick summary:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The shipping method label (e.g., Free Shipping, Amazon Shipping). |
| Conditions Count | Number of conditions applied to this method (e.g., based on order total, weight, etc.). |
| Type | Whether the method is Manual or Provider-Based. |
| Provider | The name of the logistics provider (if applicable, e.g., Amazon, Pidge). |
| Price | The shipping charge applied (in ₹). Refer this guide to set free shipping offer. |
| Enabled Status | Indicates if the method is active (1 = enabled, 0 = disabled). |
| Checkbox | Allows batch selection of shipping methods. |
| Action Menu | Includes options to Edit, Delete, Duplicate, and View Logs. |
Additional tools:
- Search Bar: Filter shipping methods by name.
- Add New Button: Opens the add/edit form on the right layout.
Add/Edit Shipping Method Form

This panel appears when you click “Add New” or edit an existing method.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Enter a label for the shipping method (e.g., Free Shipping, Express Delivery). |
| Type | Choose between: - Manual: For your own delivery team or local courier partner. You handle rate setup, tracking, and fulfillment manually. - Provider-Based: For third-party logistics integrations (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) that automate shipping rates, label generation, and tracking. |
| Price | The shipping charge in ₹. Set to 0 to offer Free Shipping. |
| Turnaround Time (TAT) | The maximum expected delivery time (in days or hours). |
| Countries / States | Specify where this shipping method applies. Defaults to all countries and states if left blank. |
| Apply When | Define specific conditions when this method should apply (e.g., by order total, weight, quantity, or user group). |
| Enabled | Toggle to activate or deactivate the shipping method. |
| Tax | Choose applicable tax type (default is GST-inclusive). |
Use the Submit button to save your shipping method.
Example: Enabling Free Shipping
To set up a Free Shipping method:
- Click Add New in the Shipping Methods section.
- Enter Name: Free Shipping
- Set Type: Manual
- Enter Price:
0(this means customers won’t be charged for shipping). - Under Apply When, set conditions such as:
- Order total is above ₹1000, or
- Order weight is below 500g
- Enable the method and click Submit.
This ensures free shipping is applied automatically when the defined conditions are met.
Note: COD option is available for seller who have D2C store that is domain connected on mystore
